About: Brent Allison, GMB

There's a popular saying in Texas that perfectly describes Brent Allison. It says “I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could.” Brent attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned a BA degree in Liberal Arts. If his time in Austin as a Longhorn wasn't enough to convince him to stick around (it was), his marrying a Native Texan did. Brent and his wife Melanie have 3 sons and are actively involved in their church and in numerous community affairs.

Before joining Lake Travis Builders, Brent has built some of the nicest homes in Austin, receiving numerous awards for his work. Brent heads up all of the operations of the company. Brent is President of the Lakeway Home Builders Association.

Brent loves building homes because of the relationships he forms with his customers. It's common to see Brent fishing, hunting, or playing basketball with his former clients.
