In the thirteen years that Brent Allison has been building homes, one thing has remained constant--his commitment to and care for his home buyers. It's on that principle that he and his wife, Melanie Allison, started Lake Travis Builders. Their goal was to stay small enough that each custom can be an intimate experience with each home owner.

Lake Travis Builders focuses on new homes and remodels that range from $500,000 and up. Choosing to build just a few houses each year allows Brent and Melanie to focus on their Three Core Principles, namely Strict Quality Control, a Positive Building Experience, and Great Pricing.

As our name reflects, we build primarily in the Austin Lake Travis neighborhoods. While we have and continue to build throughout Central Texas, our heart is in the Lake Travis and Hill Country areas. We live here, we play here, our kids go to school here (we're avid supporters of Lake Travis High School football), and our closest friends live here. Most importantly, we know the neighborhoods. We know which ones are the best investments for our clients, which ones are about to be be created, and which ones would best fit our client's individual needs.
